Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Svapo World emits receipt of the purchased products by sending it via email to the customer. All the information provided by the customer will be stated in the invoice which goes with the goods. No change to any information will be possible after the issuance of the invoice.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and appropriately highlighted in the order (except for any promotional offers).

Delivery to Italy, carried by specialized carriers , will be made within 2 working days following the date of receipt of payment or in the case of ‘cash on delivery’ order, the date of receipt of order. For the smaller islands it is necessary to calculate 2 working days more.

Delivery to other EU countries will be made within 5-7 working days following the date of receipt of payment. In this case the ‘cash on delivery’ option is not available.  Please note that when ordering from Svapo World, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.

The shipping costs for each country may change on the basis of carrier fare.

No responsibility can be attributed to Svapo World in case of delay in delivery.

The delivery will take place without an appointment and it is intended on ground floor level.

The carrier shall make one attempt to deliver the products to the address specified by the customer . In the event that such attempt is not successful, the customer will receive a note via mail that the products will remain in storage at the warehouse of the carrier for 30 days (or otherwise on the basis of the regulation of the country destination) and will be available for collection by the customer.

In the case of non-collection of the goods by the customer within the period stated above, the order will automatically be cancelled and the products returned to Svapo World . In this case the shipping costs and operating expense will not be refunded to the customer.

Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials .

In the event that obvious damage to the packaging and/or products, the customer may refuse the goods, which will be returned to Svapo World without any surcharge to the customer.

Once signed the delivery document, the customer may not oppose objection on the condition of the delivered goods .

Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or integrity of the products received must be reported promptly to Svapo World for the activation of warranty conditions .
